Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß, mit 2 Zimmer, Küche, Tageslichtbad und Balkon; hell, komplett und nachhaltig eingerichtet, so dass Du direkt einziehen kannst, wenn Du ein/e ruhige/r Nichtraucher/in ohne Tiere bist. Veggie(-freundliche)-Person bevorzugt. Nur zeitlich befristeter Mietvertrag.
Gut angebunden in Malstatt: 6 Minuten Saarbrücken Hbf mit Saarbahn (Haltestelle 400 m), Geschäfte fußläufig.
Ich wohne in der Wohnung darunter und habe Freude an einem nachhaltigen Lebensstil.
Monatliche Kosten für 1 Person:
504 € Kaltmiete + 180 € Nebenkosten inkl. Internet = 684 € feste Kosten + Strom (Empfehlung vom Öko-Stromanbieter: 49 €) + Gas (Empfehlung vom Ökogasanbieter: 121 €) Das wären dann 854 € insgesamt, wobei die Strom- und Gaskosten mehr oder weniger sein können, abhängig von Deinem tatsächlichen Verbrauch.

The flat is 65 sqm, with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with window, and balcony. It´s bright, fully and sustainably equipped so you can move in straight away if you are a quiet non-smoker without pets. Veggie(-friendly) person preferred. Short-term rental contract only.
In Malstatt with easy access to public transport (6 mins to Saarbrücken Central Station by tram (400 metres to tram stop)) and shops within walking distance.
I live in the flat underneath and enjoy living a sustainable lifestyle.
Monthly costs for 1 person:
€504 basic rent + €180 additional costs incl. Internet = €684 fixed costs + power (recommendation by eco power provider: €49) + gas (recommendation by eco gas provider: €121.) This would total up to €854, bearing in mind that the costs for power and gas can be more or less, depending on your actual consumption.
